SLEEPING or walking at night is not bad in any way for people can find it as a way to relax or even do some shopping at night. But safety should never be a compromise, especially when in new environment. Ensure that for that day, your mobile phone is fully charged. This is helpful because using a charged phone you will be able to call people in case of an emergency. It might also be wise to have safety applications on the phone, or maintain an ICE list of numbers and medical information, have your permanent address in case of confusion.
